Shipping & Returns

 

Pursuits design's are made, designed, and shipped from our studio in Toronto, Canada. We ship Canada-wide, to the US, and internationally.

Shipping Fees:

All packages will be shipped by standard service with a tracking number.

  • Canadian shipping by Canada Post varies from $12-$25 CAD, pending on selected shipping service.
  • U.S. shipping is approximately $20 via USPS or UPS, including $100 insurance. As of August 29, 2025, all U.S. packages require customs clearance. The clearance fee is already covered, and shipments remain tariff-free. Delivery may take a bit longer—about 7–10 days.
  • UPS Standard, (with insurance, 5-8 days estimated only)

 

Processing times and Details:

As our jewelry is handmade, please allow for 1-2 business days for Canadian order, 3-5 business days (US orders) (excluding weekends) for orders to be made, packed, and fulfilled. Our team will be in touch with you in cases where we require more time, or if exceptional circumstances arise.

Prior to packing your order, each piece will go through 2 - 3 precise inspections by our different members of our team in order to ensure your order has zero defects or damage.

All standard shipping comes with tracking and you will receive the tracking number via email once it has been shipped.

*Please contact us if you need to expedite your shipment, we can definitely arrange alternate shipping options for you.

 

Returns | Exchanges

(For direct purchases from Pursuits online or in-person events)

We will gladly accept exchanges or returns for store credit minus return shipping cost within 7 days of receipt. All items must be unworn, in like-new condition with original receipt or order number provided.

No refunds for sale items, all sales on markdown products are final. However, we are happy to assist on exchanging sale pieces for other designs that may suit you better.

Please note that unless an item arrives damaged or an order is received with error, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanging or returning the item(s).

 

Exchange Only 

(For purchase from Pursuits' stockists or without receipt)

We will gladly accept exchanges for any in-season designs (available on our website).  It is however, if you received Pursuits as a gift, purchased from one of our stockists, please contact the stockist for return or exchange. All items must be unworn, in like-new condition.
